New Volunteer Application

Please fill out the following form with as much detail as possible.  Only complete applications will be considered.

IMPORTANT: Due to the nature of our work and the vulnerability of abortion patients and advocates, we will be checking references and ensuring that all potential volunteers are vetted before they can work with us.  All information provided is stored securely and never shared with any other party.

At this time, volunteers must be age 18+.

We may not have immediate opportunities for all volunteer applicants, and we ask for your patience!  Approved volunteers are added to our volunteer email list and will be notified when we have opportunities.

Due to the nature of our work and our commitment to safety for our board, our volunteers, and patients, we require references for those who would like to volunteer with us.  Please include all requested information for each reference. 

If possible, please include references from any previous experience with reproductive rights, reproductive health, clinic escort, civil rights, or any other abortion-related organizations.

- That you are submitting your information to The REACH Fund of Connecticut to use for volunteer recruitment and are giving permission for REACH to contact your references and discuss your interest in volunteering for an abortion fund. 

- That you are age 18+ and will be required to sign a hold harmless agreement before participating in volunteer activities for REACH.  

- That upon your approval as a volunteer, you will be added to our volunteer email list and will be notified when there are new volunteer opportunities.
